Services

Every ride ends at the right door

Whatever the appointment, the job is the same: get you there on time, get you inside, and bring you home. Here is what that looks like for each kind of trip.

What we drive

Four kinds of trips, one standard of care

01

Wheelchair transportation

Ride seated in your own wheelchair. Your driver loads and secures the chair, checks you are comfortable, and unloads you at the entrance.

  • No transfer into a car seat
  • Chair secured for the whole ride
  • Help over curbs, ramps and thresholds

02

Dialysis and recurring treatment

Treatment schedules do not move, so neither do we. Book your standing days once and we keep the same pickup time every week.

  • Standing weekly rides
  • Pickup timed to your chair time
  • A ride home when your session ends

03

Hospital discharge rides

Leaving the hospital is tiring. We collect you from the discharge area, drive you home gently and help you settle back inside.

  • Pickup from the discharge entrance
  • Help carrying bags and paperwork
  • Into the house, not just to the driveway

04

Doctor, therapy and specialist visits

For riders who walk, sometimes with a cane or walker. A steady arm to and from the vehicle and no rushing at either end.

  • Checkups and follow ups
  • Physical therapy and rehab
  • Specialist and imaging appointments

On every trip

What comes with each ride

These are not extras. They are how every ride runs.

Door to door, not curb to curb

Your driver comes to your door at pickup and sees you inside at the other end.

A confirmed pickup time

You know when we are coming before the day of the trip.

Room for a companion

A family member or caregiver can usually ride along. Just tell us when you book.

Non-emergency, done properly

For people who are stable but should not travel alone. In an emergency, call 911.

Book a ride

Tell us the appointment. We will plan the ride.

Call with the pickup address, the clinic address and the appointment time.
