East BR Medical Transportation drives patients to doctor visits, dialysis, therapy and hospital discharges. Your driver meets you at the door, helps you in, and waits for the ride home.

What we drive

Stay in your own chair. The driver secures it for the trip and gets you safely in and out at both ends, so nobody has to lift you into a car seat.
The same pickup time every week, so you never have to rebook a standing chair.
Checkups, follow ups and specialist appointments anywhere in the parish.
A calm ride home when you are released, with help getting through your own front door.
Steady arm, unhurried pace and a driver who walks you to the entrance.
How a ride works
No apps, no guesswork. One call books it, and you know who is coming and when.
01 · When you call
Pickup address, clinic address, appointment time and whether you ride in a wheelchair or walk.
02 · Before the trip
You get a confirmed pickup time that leaves room for check in, so you are never rushing.
03 · Pickup
Not the curb. We help you out of the house, down the steps and into the vehicle.
04 · At the clinic
We see you to the entrance or the front desk, then wait or come back when you are done.
05 · Home again
The ride ends when you are back through your own door, not when the van stops.
Book a ride
Have the appointment time and both addresses ready. We take it from there.
Non-emergency rides only. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Why families call us
Most of our riders could not get there alone. That shapes everything about how we work.
Being late to dialysis or a specialist can cost a whole appointment. We plan pickups so that does not happen.
Drivers who help with steps, doors, walkers and wheelchairs, and never rush a rider.
Book for a parent or grandparent and we keep you posted on pickup and return.
We know the clinics, the hospital entrances and the best place to pull up at each one.

Rides for every kind of appointment, booked with one phone call.
